Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and implementation of our data and business intelligence strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of skilled analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the company to understand their analytical needs and deliver actionable insights, reports, and dashboards that drive informed decision-making.
• Design, develop, and maintain data models, data visualisations, and interactive reports using Power BI to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Utilise SQL and other relevant tools to extract, transform, and load data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop performance dashboards to track business performance and provide regular updates to senior management.

Key Requirements:

• Hold a degree in Mathematics or a numerate field, with knowledge of probability and statistics being advantageous.
• Proven experience in managing and developing people and teams.
• Track record of managing an analytical team’s output, capturing requirements, prioritizing tasks, and effectively managing expectations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in extracting, analysing, and interpreting large and complex data sets.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar BI/Analytics focused role.
• Strong experience with ROI analysis and utilizing SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Familiarity with the online gambling industry is desirable.
