Responsibilities:

· Building and maintaining long-term relationships with Advertisers and/or Publishers.

· Negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.

· Develop and maintain internal processes to create efficiency in the sales process.

· Manage a team remotely.

· Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of growth.

· Identifying new client opportunities.

· Analyse Casino and Sports Traffic effectively.

· Establishing and maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

· Developing and maintaining market leading industry knowledge of affiliate marketing to assist with delivering a top-level service.

· Working with numerical data presented in a variety of reports and spreadsheets.

· Assisting Sales and Publisher Managers with stats compilation and reporting.

 

Skillset and Requirements:

· Results-driven: must be a driven person with a strong ambition to succeed.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, but able to focus on the bigger picture too.

· Strong analytical skills and an understanding of key campaign metrics.

· Experience managing a team (remote or land based).

· Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
