Job Description:

As a Community Manager in the Web3 space, you will play a key role in building and nurturing an engaged community around blockchain projects. This role involves managing communication channels, organizing events, and creating content that promotes community engagement and growth. You will act as the bridge between the project team and the community, ensuring that users are informed, supported, and feel a strong connection to the project.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage the community around blockchain projects.
  • Manage and moderate community channels such as Discord, Telegram, and social media platforms.
  • Organize community events, AMAs, and webinars to foster engagement and provide updates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to create content and resources that support community growth.
  • Monitor community sentiment and feedback to inform project decisions and improve community experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Experience in community management or a similar role, preferably within the tech or blockchain sector.
  • Ability to create engaging content and foster a positive community environment.
