Job Reference::


· Monthly review of all operator licenses (and seals, when applicable), maintaining up-to-date copies on file.

· Semi-annual review of operator corporate and KYC CDD documentation.

· Requesting and reviewing corporate and KYC CDD documentation of 3rd party providers and operators.

· Conducting PEP check.

· Maintaining communication with 3rd party providers and assisting when information is needed.

· Liaising with other departments (Casino, KAM, Commercial) and gathering operator/product-related information.

· Completing the operator CDD forms for 3rd party providers.

· Assisting in scouting regulatory information.

· Maintaining up-to-date regulatory knowledge of our markets of interest.

· Assisting with drafting/reviewing NDAs and addendums.


Skillset and Requirements:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

· Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.

· Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with compliance management systems is beneficial.

· Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify compliance risks and recommend appropriate actions.

· Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and requirements in the iGaming sector.

· Previous experience in a compliance-related role within the iGaming industry is highly desirable.
