Responsibilities:
- Monthly review of all operator licenses (and seals, when applicable), maintaining up-to-date copies on file.
- Semi-annual review of operator corporate and KYC CDD documentation.
- Requesting and reviewing corporate and KYC CDD documentation of 3rd party providers and operators.
- Conducting PEP check.
- Maintaining communication with 3rd party providers and assisting when information is needed.
- Liaising with other departments (Casino, KAM, Commercial) and gathering operator/product-related information.
- Completing the operator CDD forms for 3rd party providers.
- Assisting in scouting regulatory information.
- Maintaining up-to-date regulatory knowledge of our markets of interest.
- Assisting with drafting/reviewing NDAs and addendums.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with compliance management systems is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify compliance risks and recommend appropriate actions.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and requirements in the iGaming sector.
- Previous experience in a compliance-related role within the iGaming industry is highly desirable.
