Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Offer strategic technical direction to senior leadership, ensuring technology initiatives are in sync with business goals.
• Infrastructure Architecture: Develop, implement, and sustain scalable, reliable, and efficient infrastructure solutions, focusing on high-throughput networking and filtering technologies.
• Team Management: Guide both internal and outsourced development teams to ensure the successful delivery of technology projects while promoting a culture of clear processes, effective stakeholder communication, and collaboration.
• Process & Documentation: Champion the creation and maintenance of standardized processes and documentation throughout the company, enhancing transparency, efficiency, and knowledge sharing.
• Stakeholder Communication: Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, developers, and third-party vendors, to ensure seamless communication and alignment on technical initiatives.
• Innovation & Strategy: Identify opportunities for innovation, analyze market trends, and formulate strategies to maintain a competitive edge in this industry.
• Security: Ensure compliance with modern security best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Technical Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success as a CTO or in a similar technical leadership role.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of high-throughput networking and filtering technologies (e.g., Cloudflare, Squid Proxy, commercial filtering/proxy solutions).
• Leadership Skills: Proven capability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Communication Skills: Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Process-Oriented: Strong commitment to establishing and maintaining clear processes and documentation across the organization.
